Ghost Appliance provides excellent, fast, and thorough service. They get the job done right, stand behind their warranty, and usually have parts on hand so there’s no need to reschedule. They’re my go-to for appliance repairs. Highly recommend .

They completely blew off my appointment I had even told them we have a baby at home they scheduled 4 to 6 pm and told me they will take care of the problem this was at 12pm then 6 pm goes by no call no notice they just didnt show up , i was left with no Ac and at that time it was too late to call another company. 6:10 i called and asked why they were a no show and even more why they didnt have the decency at least to call and inform me they are not coming , they said they would have a supervisor call me... never did . Just absolutely the most horrible company ive ever delt with. Steer clear of them I would never let them in my home.

The technician not from America. Did not communicate with me. Try to tell me a 97.00 part was 1000. 00. Waiting for management to call back. Do not use this company. Trying to rip me off

I called the number listed expecting to talk to someone in Fox Lake, IL. I am not sure that was the case. Nonetheless, I set up an appointment to get my stove repaired. The woman at Ghost Appliance Repair told me the tech would be at my house between 12pm and 2pm. I specifically asked for a call or text to let me know the tech was on his/her way. She assured me they would contact me ahead of time. I reiterated to her this “heads up” call/text was critical so I could get my 2 dogs situated. Not only did the tech never call or text me, he showed up nearly an hour late. The tech’s work on my stove is not in question whatsoever. However, the lack of a call or text ahead of time ended up causing one of my dogs to have an accident in my house. Now, I am tasked with cleaning up this mess and hoping I can get the stains out of the carpet. The tech said he was never told to call/text me ahead of time. Whatever the case is, this is a lack of professionalism and very disappointing. I am not sure I can recommend Ghost moving forward.

Ghost Appliance did an excellent job of fixing my dryer. The serviceman stayed with the project until it was completed … bird’s nest blocking the dryer vent at the top. Happy to report, my dryer now runs like a charm.

After 2 visits and $600 paid my refrigerator and freezer are still not working. They promised to come back to fix it but ghosted me the past 3 days. Proceed with caution using anything but factory authorized repair companies Photo is after days set to 36 and 0 and us coldest it has been.
